I purchased a item from Structures Bros Inc. on November 2, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maybelle Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
