On May 5, 2005, I signed up for Nano-Lab's setup assistance at their Port Enrico, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $319.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Althea W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
