Misleading advertising by Elite Domain Associates

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6002-ZXN-2090 placed with Elite Domain Associates on June 11, 1991. I paid $476.35 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Frieda V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
