Unsatisfactory resolution from Ultimate Structures Builders Campinas International

On September 30, 1981, I signed up for Ultimate Structures Builders Campinas International's exchange program at their Skyeburgh, California location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $801.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Camille O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
