Quality issues with Web Node product

On June 4, 2002, I signed up for Web Node's warranty service at their New Earline, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $682.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marianna Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
