Misleading advertising by ByteFusion Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6785-VMH-1381 placed with ByteFusion Inc. on October 22, 1994. I paid $216.50 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reginald G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
