I am writing regarding order #ORD-4596-QON-3168 placed with Diligent Solicitor Chambers Enterprises on February 4, 2014. I paid $550.50 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Devan N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
