Frustrated with Elite Properties's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9173-ILW-1077 placed with Elite Properties on August 9, 1982. I paid $660.39 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Loyce F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
