Poor customer service experience with Elite Properties

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2288-WNE-6749 placed with Elite Properties on April 29, 2022. I paid $549.7 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lessie G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
