I want to report a serious concern with UltraNexus's package that I purchased on February 11, 1976 from your Rileyview, Maryland store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sonia I., but my issue remains unresolved.
