I am writing regarding order #ORD-8167-YPD-5538 placed with Prime Finds Duisburg Enterprises on December 30, 1986. I paid $137.10 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reymundo Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
