Prime Finds Duisburg Enterprises failed to honor their commitment

On July 12, 1972, I signed up for Prime Finds Duisburg Enterprises's premium plan at their Simeonburgh, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $35.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elyssa L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
