The Healthy Dishes Corp. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7438-JUL-4169 placed with The Healthy Dishes Corp. on February 18, 1998. I paid $917.48 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keira C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
