Misdiagnosis complaint against Vital Hospital Inc.

On October 2, 1972, I signed up for Vital Hospital Inc.'s setup assistance at their Padberghaven, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $128.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Andrew Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
