I want to report a serious concern with Smart-Tech's tool that I purchased on January 19, 1974 from your Port Jennyfer, Washington store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adelle F., but my issue remains unresolved.
