On April 3, 1986, I signed up for Smart-Tech's troubleshooting service at their Daisyview, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $953.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nelda E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
