Poor customer service experience with Path Clinic

On February 25, 1985, I signed up for Path Clinic's setup assistance at their Sabrynafort, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $989.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vivien L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
