Frustrated with MicroBot Systems Washington Inc.'s lack of response

On October 11, 2021, I signed up for MicroBot Systems Washington Inc.'s setup assistance at their Langworthfurt, Utah location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $611.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lindsay T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
