I purchased a gadget from MicroBot Systems Washington Inc. on August 18, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ashlynn A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
