Quality issues with Residence of Prime product

On March 13, 1979, I signed up for Residence of Prime's troubleshooting service at their Mertzville, Utah location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $73.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lily T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
