False promises made by Authentic & Bites Ltd. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4239-RLF-9295 placed with Authentic & Bites Ltd. on September 7, 2022. I paid $343.87 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madilyn V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
