Frustrated with Authentic & Bites Ltd.'s lack of response

I purchased a membership from Authentic & Bites Ltd. on January 9, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Palma H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
