Overcharged by Advisory, Advisory & Advocates for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2273-ERM-7290 placed with Advisory, Advisory & Advocates on October 30, 1987. I paid $854.56 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilhelmine H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
