I purchased a account from Architecture Bros Group on June 23, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shanon S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
