Kitchen & Classics refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2593-FHN-6128 placed with Kitchen & Classics on September 1, 2009. I paid $599.54 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carolina J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
