Medical records inaccuracies at Peak Path Lyon

On June 28, 2008, I signed up for Peak Path Lyon's customer support at their Hanestad, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $131.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Laverne B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
