Quality issues with QualityShop product

On June 18, 2006, I signed up for QualityShop's consultation at their East Desmond, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $462.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bartholome J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
