False promises made by Trade & Now Fukuoka representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5209-MJR-3490 placed with Trade & Now Fukuoka on December 20, 1996. I paid $900.38 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but June B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
