False promises made by The Modern Med Foundation representative

On October 14, 1997, I signed up for The Modern Med Foundation's installation service at their West Demarco, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $961.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clifford V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
