I want to report a serious concern with Supply & Center Toulouse's membership that I purchased on February 23, 2009 from your Port Lucasbury, Delaware store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Shyanne H., but my issue remains unresolved.
