I purchased a service from Space of Elite Ltd. on February 19, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cristal G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
