Unsatisfactory resolution from Law Team, Team Puebla Ltd.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1998-JAA-6813 placed with Law Team, Team Puebla Ltd. on May 10, 1998. I paid $90.86 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brendan K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
