On December 10, 2018, I signed up for Summit Class of Institute Holdings's warranty service at their Lake Lysannechester, Utah location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $710.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rudy B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
