Defense Advisors provided defective product

On October 22, 2000, I signed up for Defense Advisors's return process at their Libbymouth, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $155.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nelle Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
