I have been a loyal customer of PrimeHaus for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-3115-AUU-5046) on October 25, 2010, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
