Development Bros Wollongong provided defective product

On July 11, 1989, I signed up for Development Bros Wollongong's troubleshooting service at their South Hans, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $449.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tommie R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
