Representation Partners Corp. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5733-IMB-3911 placed with Representation Partners Corp. on January 11, 1970. I paid $96.38 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ronny L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
