Refund refused by Pro-Renovations

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7561-YJG-8890 placed with Pro-Renovations on February 22, 2006. I paid $210.47 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tyshawn I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
