I am writing regarding order #ORD-6070-IHE-8772 placed with Expert Structures & Sons Holdings on October 15, 1996. I paid $946.32 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nikita J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
