I want to report a serious concern with Defense Advocates's system that I purchased on September 14, 1994 from your Port Nickolas, South Dakota store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zora T., but my issue remains unresolved.
