Refund refused by Defense Advocates

On January 17, 1989, I signed up for Defense Advocates's return process at their Lonniemouth, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $174.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madalyn T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
