Delayed delivery from Practice Chambers

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8378-QNV-3388 placed with Practice Chambers on October 23, 2008. I paid $795.25 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gracie B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
