I purchased a item from Practice Chambers on January 14, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Foster K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
