Warranty claim denied by United Contractors Cologne

On July 9, 2015, I signed up for United Contractors Cologne's warranty service at their East Jordyn, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $171.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dulce U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
