I am writing regarding order #ORD-3869-DDC-6433 placed with SmartCenter on April 17, 2013. I paid $265.75 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emie O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
