Urban Associates failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3339-AIU-9330 placed with Urban Associates on April 17, 1983. I paid $809.10 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lilliana X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
