Diligent Attorney Advocates refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7555-FEO-3098 placed with Diligent Attorney Advocates on April 28, 2012. I paid $404.3 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jacquelyn V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
