I am writing regarding order #ORD-6131-FMM-5529 placed with The Harmony Path Foundation on August 17, 2014. I paid $173.42 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rhianna I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
