Unsatisfactory resolution from Golden Group Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5490-WMX-7949 placed with Golden Group Inc. on June 1, 1979. I paid $57.41 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cathrine Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
