On March 24, 1995, I signed up for SmartDeal's return process at their East Emmalee, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $587.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erik F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
